The groom, Amos Rono, has come forward to share his side of the story, revealing that he has decided to end his plans to marry Nelly Chepkoech.

The groom expressed his disappointment, stating, “My plans to wed Nelly Chepkoech are over because she was not sincere, and only waited until the last minute when she decided to open up and declare she was dating another man.”
Rono’s mother, Sara Nyigei, also weighed in on the situation, expressing their family’s acceptance of Chepkoech’s decision but making it clear that she is no longer welcome in their family.
Nyigei highlights the family’s initial warm reception of Chepkoech and their efforts, including paying part of her dowry.
