Although the Kenya Kwanza government under the leadership of his excellency honourable William Samoei Arap Ruto and his deputy honourable Geoffrey Rigathi Gachagua continues to campaign for Raila Omollo Odinga to get the chairmanship of African union, Somali former cabinet secretary have declared interest on the seat.
Speaking to a local media station, the outspoken former international relations minister disclosed that she have a lot of experience in international cooperation and therefore suited for the job. “I am going to ensure that i work hard to get as many votes as possible so that we can have a female chairperson in Africa for the first time.” She said.
This have raised mixed reactions online with most netizens urging the government of Kenya to campaign enough for Raila.
