Alleged fake Kenyan lawyer Brian Mwenda Njagi has officially registered his own law firm by the moniker of Salvo Escrow Limited.

The hunk disclosed the news via a recent post on his Instagram account, where he even posted the Certificate Of Incorporation that he was given with the registrar of companies after completion of the process.

“A day at a time @salvoescrow” he captioned the post of the document as shown below.

Brian Mwenda Njagi has actually managed to register his law firm just few weeks after he revealed to his fans that he had such plans.

This was in a question-and-answer session that he had with netizens, where one of them reminded him about a job that he had presumably promised to give him.

“Ile riba yangu ya job kuliendaje bruh” the anonymous fan asked.

Brian Mwenda however responded to the question by telling the fan to wait until March when he will have launched the law firm, so that he can remind him about it.

“Sikumbuki baba but follow my firm @salvoescrow nikianza operations utaona then unishtue, hopefully early march” he said.

Brian Mwenda has actually registered the law firm at a time where there is an active case in court against him, after it emerged that he was not a qualified lawyer.

Even though the hunk had reportedly won 26 cases in court, a post by the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) revealed that the man had never attended any law school. Therefore he was not one of their members.

It can be remembered that Brian Mwenda was even arrested by DCI detectives on the 18th of October 2023, after he was unmasked as a fake advocate.

The Law Society of Kenya president Eric Theuri even later released a statement on his X platform to make it clear that Brian Mwenda was facing several cases of identity theft and forgery.

“Brian Mwenda Njagi is now at DCI. We are going to ensure that he faces the full force of the law. The evidence gathered so far points to several cases of forgery & identity theft”

“Further inquiries are ongoing. We are working closely with the DCI team to conduct thorough & extensive investigations. This case will be a deterrent to future masqueraders” he said.

The bearded man was actually arraigned in court in Nairobi, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a Kshs 200,000 bail.
