Celine Dion Okello alias Rue Baby, the second-born daughter of controversial Kenyan singer-cum-businesswoman Esther Akoth alias Akothee, has introduced a mysterious new man.
The petite queen who is also a model and an actress, infact posted the man in a latest post that she made on her Instagram stories, where she further hinted that he was her boyfriend.

Rue Baby had actually posed with the mysterious man on what looked like a boat, and they had faced towards the large water body.
The petite model was actually in front while the man stood behind her. They both opened their hands wide while they posed.
Rue Baby and the man had actually copied the pose from the iconic movie dubbed Titanic, where Jack Dawson and Rose DeWitt, who were deeply in love, made a similar pose on top of the huge ship as they faced the sunset.
This was also confirmed by the petite model because she accompanied the photo with an instrumental of the Titanic theme song.
Rue Baby also made another post of a selfie that she took while lying on her back while in the boat, and then she accompanied it with a caption where she said that she had discovered that she was a water sign.
Born on the 20th of February, the petite model is actually Pisces with regards to her astrological sign.
Now Pieces are known to be deeply emotional, empathetic in their romantic relationship and they are also known to experience love with a lot of intensity.
The move by Rue Baby to say that she is a water sign was therefore also an indirect way of her telling the whole world how she is feeling right now.
