Concerns about the marriage of singer Akothee have continued to increase among Kenyans day by day, with many continuing to ask questions about the fate of the union that initially seemed promising. In the past few months, Akothee has been very quiet about her husband Denis ‘Omosh’ Shweizer, and online detectives have been pushing her to respond about the whereabouts of the Swiss man.
On Thursday, the 43-year-old musician shared a video enjoying a good meal, and as usual, in the comments section, social media users flooded in with all sorts of questions and opinions, especially regarding her marriage. One social media user suggested that the singer might have removed her wedding ring and asked her to respond.
“Did Akothee remove her wedding ring? I’m asking the Instagram in-laws,” @janet_williams0 asked the singer on Instagram.
Akothee, who seemed to dislike the question, replied, “Yes, I did, call the police and wear yours.”
A close examination of the video she posted, however, revealed that she had two rings on her left hand. It’s not clear if these rings are the same ones she wore to signify her marriage.
Some other Instagram users teased her about how much they miss the Swiss man she married in April.
One pointed out how the mother of five has not been talking about Omosh recently and informed her that online fans miss him.
“These days you don’t talk about Omu-husband?? We miss him,” @geogeousgal32 wrote
Akothee replied, “Go marry him so you don’t miss him.”
@ressymercy also commented, “I miss Omosh.”
In response, the singer told her, “Miss your husband, your lover, or whatever, how do you miss someone else’s life? Don’t you have your own?”
Recently, social media users have expressed their concerns about the fate of Akothee and Omosh’s marriage, which was sealed on April 10 this year.
Initially, the couple appeared very close, even celebrating each other with sweet words of love on social media, but this has not been the case for a long time now. This has raised concerns among social media users, prompting them to ask questions.
