Actress Winnie Bwire, better known by her stage name Dida, from Kenya has appealed to the public for financial support as she continues her battle with metastatic breast cancer.

After three years of fighting the disease, Bwire disclosed that she is in desperate need of Ksh5 million to pay for her treatment overseas, which includes airfare, lodging, and food.

News anchor Lulu Hassan posted a video in which Bwire expressed her intense dissatisfaction with the rapidly rising expense of healthcare. She talked about how having debt has been a major blow to her life.

“I find the high cost of health care to be really annoying. I beg for strength every time I feel like I’m being pulled back after taking ten steps forward. “I appreciate you praying with me,” she said.

Bwire underlined that despite the obstacles in her path, she isn’t prepared to give up. She asked the online community for assistance, acknowledging the emotional toll the situation has placed on her.

“I’ve never created a poster. All I wanted to do was make a plea. It has been a tumultuous ride. I’m really done with it. Not that I’m giving up, mind you. I’m just beyond dealing with this on my own. “Guys, I need your help,” she exclaims.
