A body of a naked middle-aged woman has been found lying in a thicket in Nyiminde Village in Mbita Sub-county, Homabay County. The slain widow is said to have died hours after allegedly having a romantic affair with a married man in the bush by the roadside.
According to a reliable eyewitness who has also reported the incident at Mbita Police Station this morning, Milka, the slain widow has been having a love relationship with a man who allegedly inherited her after the demise of her husband two years ago. The man, who is already the main killer suspect and is already in police custody, was last seen yesterday evening boarding the same motorcycle in the late hours before she was found dead.
“The man arrested was riding on the same boda boda as Milka. They have been in love for two years now. The unfortunate incident happened during the last part of their love engagement. Her pants were found lying beside her body with blood stains,” an eyewitness reported.
