Popular matatu dubbed Uppercut, that normally operates in Nairobi, has been involved in a road accident.
According to reliable reports, the matatu that had carried some passengers on Sunday evening, unfortunately had the accident at Zania, Nyeri County.
A video that has now emerged on social media even captured how Uppercut was upside-down, after presumably rolling over.
The video also captured how some passengers were desperately screaming for help while still stuck in the vehicle.
One man who was speaking while outside the matatu was even heard asking for help from the people who were nearby, so that they can be able to save some lives.
Even though it is not yet clear what had happened that led to Uppercut turning upside-down, the accident may have been caused by reckless driving.
This is because that matatu has previously been spotted being driven recklessly on a highway, with the driver not caring about how he was endangering the lives of his passengers.
