Celebrities such as Chipukeezy, Nicholas Kioko, Mwende Macharia, Oga Obinna, and even Prince Indah made an unexpected cameo during the celebration of Kamba culture and music.
After days of promoting the event, Nyamu finally had the opportunity to relax and enjoy the occasion, which she made sure to record for her fans.
The senator was seen sensuously moving her feet and bobbing her head in time with the distinctive Kamba guitar tunes in the video that went viral online. Nyamu moved from foot to foot, her stance and demeanor emulating that of an experienced Kamba dancer, and despite her Kikuyu heritage, she blended in with the audience with ease. “Last night at the Kamba Festival, a vibrant celebration of the rich heritage of the Kamba people as showcased by the very spirited local artists,” she said on social media as a reflection of the evening.
