Former Meru Governor Kawira Mwangaza has started a new political party. She said she is doing this for her “political safety” after she was removed from her job as governor. Kawira now wants her new party to bring in candidates who will try to win every seat in the next general election.

Kawira wants a party that fights for fairness, justice, and good leadership. She said she is tired of politics where people only care about power and not about helping the people.
Kawira did not tell the public the name of her new party yet, but she said people will hear about it soon. She is planning to make it a strong party not just in Meru but in the whole country.
