Kenyan content creator and influencer Georgina Njenga has opened up about her past relationships, revealing that she once took on the role of provider in two of them.
The mother of one, who was previously in a relationship with former child actor Tyler Mbaya, popularly known as Baha, spoke candidly about her experiences, expressing regret over shouldering financial responsibilities that were not hers.
In a recent discussion, Georgina reflected on how low her standards were in those relationships. “I’ve been listening to the ‘the bar was so low’ challenges and honestly, if I speak, you will all be shocked,” she said. “I can’t believe I allowed myself to take care of grown men.
I was paying the bills and handling responsibilities that were not mine. What was wrong with me? But we live and we learn.”
In 2023, she publicly claimed that during her time living with Baha, she was the one footing all the bills.
This came shortly after a scandal involving Baha borrowing money from a U.S.-based nurse, allegedly to support his family—claims which Georgina later confirmed.
In leaked conversations, she revealed that Baha was battling a gambling addiction and that she had to step up financially during that period.
Her revelations sparked mixed reactions online, with many Kenyans expressing disbelief while others empathized with her journey.
