ndindi and ruto

President William Ruto recently addressed the situation surrounding Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro, who was removed from his role as chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee in the National Assembly.

Speaking in an interview on March 31, Ruto took the opportunity to praise Nyoro, describing him as a highly talented and promising young politician.

The president emphasized that he has been personally mentoring Nyoro, highlighting his pivotal role in guiding the MP’s political career.

Ruto made it clear that Nyoro’s removal from the committee was not due to any political differences but rather part of a larger parliamentary restructuring intended to ensure a fair regional representation.

The president reaffirmed his full support for the MP, stressing that Nyoro’s capabilities as a leader remain intact.

The head of state revealed that he is mentoring several young leaders, including Nyoro, and acknowledged that, like any young leader, Nyoro is bound to make mistakes.

However, Ruto made it clear that it is his responsibility to steer these emerging politicians in the right direction. He assured the public that he had a clear plan for Nyoro and that the MP’s future in politics remains secure.

Ruto urged Kenyans to trust his leadership and mentorship process, reassuring them that he would continue to nurture these young leaders, who are central to Kenya’s political future.

“Leave Ndindi Nyoro to me,” Ruto stated, expressing his confidence in the MP’s potential and his role in shaping his political journey.
