Danmas Mobile Spares, the mobile spare parts shop that is located in Ruiru that was recently rebranded from Dama Mobile Spares by businessman Bonny Mureithi, has reportedly been closed.
According to reliable reports, the shop was closed after his older sister Damaris Muriithi alias Dama Wa Spares, went to court and got an order that forced the closure.
Siblings Dama Wa Spares and Bonny Mureithi
Dama Wa Spares actually got the order because she cried foul over how her brother Bonny went behind her back and started his own company, that is actually a direct rival to her own company called Dama Mobile Spares, that also deals with mobile spare parts.
It is said that Dama Wa Spares went to court because she still claims ownership of the premises, the stock as well as the staff and therefore the siblings are currently embroiled in an ownership tussle.
It should be remembered that Bonny Mureithi had actually worked for Dama Wa Spares for several years, before he decided to finally call it quits and start his own company Danmas Mobile Spares.
He was actually the Director of Dama Mobile Spares, a popular company that Dama Wa Spares launched close to a decade ago.
Bonny Mureithi however announced the launch of the new company some several hours ago, where he further made it clear that he was no longer part of Dama Mobile Spares company.
In a move to cut all ties, the businessman also changed his Facebook name from previously being Bonnie Wa Dama Spares to now being Bonnie Wa Danmas Spares Ltd.
