No love. Don’t use the generic brands (Ricoffy, Frisco, etc)
Use any Nescafé type brand since it has a higher theobromine content. Theobromine is associated with weight lossLEMON

You mix one teaspoon of coffee and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. I use fresh lemons then add hot water and drink. You only have to do it once a day and make sure you use a straw coz it stains teeth
