Often accused of infertility, Mummie Francie firmly declared, “I have been pregnant before so I have never been barren.”
She recounted experiencing severe cramps for three consecutive days, which prompted her husband to fetch medication at 2:00 AM.
A subsequent medical scan and urine test ruled out fibroids and cysts, confirming her pregnancy.
She admitted, “We found out I was pregnant and I was shocked in a good and a bad way.”
Balancing her roles as a businesswoman, film producer, and CEO, she confessed, “I was not ready to be a mother; I had priorities in my life.”
Reflecting on her unstable childhood, she explained that she had always prayed for stability before welcoming children.
She emphasised that in marriage, individuals can prioritise different goals.
Addressing critics, she stated, “You cannot go around shaming people for not having babies.”
Despite a challenging pregnancy that required bed rest, she remains grateful for her supportive husband.
She also revealed her struggle with fibroids, noting, “I used to see a gynaecologist to suppress fibroids, balance my hormones, and maintain regular periods.”
