On Tuesday, February 4, Nelson Havi took to his official social media to react to a photo of President William Ruto shaking hand with Majimbo Georgiadis. The prominent lawyer and former Law Society of Kenya (LSK) President expressed his thoughts by sharing an interesting piece of information he allegedly received from State House.
In his post, Havi revealed, “I have been told by State House that Majimbo Georgiadis is Mku wa Itifaki.”
He further emphasized Georgiadis’ influence, stating, “He is the only person the President is afraid of looking in the eye and who shakes the President’s hand without fear or favour.
Congratulations Chairman on your deserved appointment.” Havi’s comments drew attention, highlighting Georgiadis’ prominent position in political circles.
Majimbo Georgiadis, an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, has made significant strides in law, particularly in the areas of Employment Law, Constitutional Law, Family Law, and Civil Claims.
He is a founding partner at his law firm and heads its litigation department.Additionally, Georgiadis has served in various capacities, including in the Law Society of Kenya’s Law Reform and Constitutional Implementation Committee.
In separate news, Havi criticized Environment Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale following his recent interview, urging him to focus more on his executive role instead of participating in political debates.
“He should have remained in Parliament if he wanted to continue being political. He cannot have legislative nightmares and hangovers as a Cabinet Secretary,” Havi remarked.
During the interview, Duale debated various issues including claims by former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua that cabinet secretaries were just ‘flower girls’ in President William Ruto’s government.
