Kenyans from across the country have once again showed their good hearts of helping in a big way whenever someone is in great need.

This time, they have come together and raised money that will be used for the treatment of Henry Desagu, who is a renowned comedian in the country.

The funny man is unfortunately currently hospitalized at the Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital, and this is because he is suffering from depression and alcoholism.

News of Henry Desagu’s sorry state was however disclosed by Gatundu North Member of Parliament Elijah Njoroge Kururia on Sunday.

This was in a post that he made on his Facebook account, where the legislator further said that he was launching an online fundraising campaign, where he asked Kenyans to contribute money that will be used to treat the comedian.

In the post, Hon. Elijah Njoroge Kururia said that his target was to raise Kshs 1 million.
