Bishop Sarah, the founder of Sarah-Life Vision Freedom Ministries in Kiambu, has faced significant challenges following a period of depression that led to alcoholism. Her situation became public when a concerned individual named Kinyanya shared her plight on social media, highlighting her transformation from a respected clergywoman to homelessness and addiction.
In response, philanthropist Karangu Muraya, along with Kinyanya, arranged for Bishop Sarah’s admission to the Beyond All Love Rehabilitation Centre. The rehabilitation program requires KSh 340,000 for a three-month stay. Supporters have been encouraged to contribute to her recovery fund by sending donations to 0724518845, under the name Stephen Njau.
This development has deeply saddened many Kenyans, who are rallying to support Bishop Sarah during her recovery journey. The community’s response underscores the importance of compassion and assistance for individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges.
