Few hours ago Tuko news shared a video on YouTube where a young lady narrated her life story and the challenges she has been through.
The lady’s name is Sharon Adhiambo and was brought up in a humble background. She was born in western region and brought up by her step father after her mom separated with her biological father. Her step dad would treat her differently from her siblings but she couldn’t notice much because she was still young. Her school fees would rarely be catered for but fortunately her mom secured a place at a school owned by catholic nuns where she started schooling.
Her mother went to deliver her fourth child and she was left with her step dad and her other 2 brothers. The dad sexually assaulted her and threatened her not to tell anyone until her teacher noticed it and was taken to the hospital where tests turned out positive. The sisters took full responsibility of her where after some time she was taken to a children’s home. She studied there until 2012 where she went to live with her mother who happened to have separated with her step dad and denied custody of the other siblings.
Sharon went ahead to say that now she needs intervention from well-wishers so that she break through what she is experiencing right now. She said she feels that her mother was so invested in her marriage and choose her toxic step dad over her.
