A Matatu owned by head of state President William Ruto’s son has sparked uproar after it was spotted openly flouting traffic regulations in Nairobi and thereby endangering lives.

The Matatu Christened as Money Fest was spotted being driven recklessly with two men hanging on its rooftop.

The men in question threw all caution to the wind and could be seen even making some moves as the bus was being driven.

All eyes are now open to see if the National Transport and Safety Authority, NTSA will take action against the Matatu for openly flouting traffic rules and thereby Endangering the lives of road users .

Not so long ago, George Ruto reportedly acquired the competing matatu for Sh8.7 million, a move that attracted considerable attention within the Matatu sector.

This purchase had come after George successfully persuaded the vehicle’s owner of the potential impact it could have on his existing fleet.
