Today, there was a viral image circulating on X platform showing former President Uhuru Kenyatta Allegedly wearing a shirt with a Freemason Logo. Below is that viral image;
However according to latest report, that image is fake and it seemed to have been fabricated by people. A closer analysis of the image shows several inconsistencies. Firstly, the logo on the shirt appears to “float” unnaturally, failing to follow the contours of the shirt’s fabric and creases, a clear sign of poor editing.
Secondly, the alleged tattoo on Kenyatta’s arm seems to overlap with the shirt, an impossibility in a genuine photograph. This further points to the image being manipulated through photo editing software.
More sources also reveals that, the alleged image was taken in 2023 when Uhuru Kenyatta was observer during the elections. The original photo confirms that the shirt does not bear any logo.
After this confirmation, it is therefore advisable to every Kenyan to avoid sharing fake content on social media as it not only tarnishes someone’s name but also you are risking you life because you can be arrested for sharing misleading information about a prominent leader in this country.
