President William Ruto and his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on Thursday joined Former Prime minister Raila Odinga in Siaya for the Piny Luo Cultural Festival.

Museveni was first welcomed into Kenya by Energy CS Opiyo Wandayi at the Busia border after which he headed to Siaya for the event.
The event, organized under the theme “Luo Unity in Diversity and in Diaspora,” aims to bring together the Luo community from across the globe.
