Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has revealed plans to revamp his political party as part of a larger strategy to build a strong coalition for the future.
Speaking during his birthday celebration on Monday, Kalonzo said the changes would include a new name for the Wiper Party and significant reforms to strengthen its foundation.
The former Vice President shared that he intends to call for a National Delegates Conference (NDC) next year to discuss these reforms and set the party on a fresh path.
“We are going to make sure we strengthen the party. Are you ready? You will be surprised by what I will announce within the year because I also want us to have a delegates conference,” Kalonzo told the audience.
He insisted on the need for change, saying, this will have a positive image on his party.
“We cannot continue to do the same thing the same way and expect different results,” he stated
