Embakasi East Constituency Member of Parliament Hon Babu Owino, who is a top critic of Nairobi County Governor Hon Johnson Sakaja has once again attacked the city boss. This time he is asking over the current street floodings inside the Nairobi City Central Business District (CBD).
In his latest statement on Facebook this morning, Babu has reacted on the current state of Nairobi CBD where floods are all over covering several roads, by sharing photos of the situation. He argued that Governor Sakaja (whom he referred to as Wamadimples) stolen Ksh2.5 billion last year, which was meant for floods mitigation.
Hence the reason why the streets are currently flooded with rain water, while Sakaja is only concentrating on his beauty and good lookings. He does not care about what his constituents are currently going through during this rainy season. He only cares about his personal affairs as the people of Nairobi are suffering.
