President Ruto appoints former Rarieda MP Nicholas Gumbo as the chairperson of Kenya Sugar Board. Eng. Nicolas Gumbo Wajoya is a Kenyan politician. From 2007 to 2017, he served as the Rarieda Constituency’s Member of Parliament (MP), breaking the one-term jinx and becoming the only Rarieda MP to do so. He was the chairman of the committees for public accounts, member house broadcasting, member constituencies fund, and energy.
He was also the chairman of the board at Kenyatta National Hospital.
