In his home, Mark is gazing through a broken window. He then makes the decision to give Barasa a call and ask if he knows of any fundi who could repair the window that Ian broke.
Ian begins to miss Mark at Naomi’s house and asks Neema if they can return. However, Neema disregards his recommendation.
Jayden tells Jojo at the hospital that he has already asked his officer friend to look into Mark. Jojo, however, tells him that since they have already left Mark’s house, there is no need to continue. After that, she tells Jayden Ian’s whole story.
However, Jayden advises Jojo to hold off on passing judgment on Mark. This is because Jayden says Mark is not a lair and he has known him for a long time.
The family is eating breakfast at Naomi’s house. Ian made the decision to bring up the idea of returning to Mark’s house once more. He promises not to be naughty again if they go back.
Naomi tries to remind him that they will not be returning to that man’s house. Naomi is stopped by her husband, who then chooses to question Ian. “Where did you get the gun?” he asks.
Ian tells how he once witnessed Cate running to the bedroom while he was in the kitchen. Choosing to follow her, he watched as Cate took a gun out of her handbag and put it beneath the mattress.
He knew there was a gun there because of that. Then, Neema understands that the gun was not Mark’s and that he was not lying.
