A prominent businessman is in deep mourning following the tragic death of his wife, who succumbed to complications from what has been described as alleged medical negligence.
The couple had planned for her to undergo cosmetic surgery; however, reports indicate that the procedure was mishandled by the attending physician.
According to sources, the botched surgery resulted in perforated intestines, leading to the leakage of stool into her abdominal cavity.
This catastrophic error caused a severe infection that ultimately claimed her life. Social media influencer Amira revealed that after her condition deteriorated, the woman was rushed to a city hospital for emergency surgery, where doctors discovered five perforations in her intestines.
Despite efforts to stabilize her condition, she was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where she tragically passed away.
The news of her death has sent shockwaves through the community, prompting an outpouring of condolences, including a heartfelt message from former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.
“Accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your lovely wife. May the Almighty God cover you and your entire family with His unending grace,” Sonko stated, offering support during this difficult time.
