The high court in Kitui has declined to hear case filed by two Wiper party MCAs to hear their petition challenging the nomination of Kithure Kindiki as the deputy president of the republic of Kenya.
The court refered the petitioners to wait for the ruling that will be made by the three judge bench which is currently underway agree Gachagua’s team filed a case.It is now a huge boost to Kindiki on his nomination by Ruto to become the deputy president.
It is now high time the Kenyan people to ensure that they maintain peace and unity throughout the country so as to avoid the incidences of violences that may arise in the country at this critical moment between the impeached deputy president honourable Rigathi Gachagua’s camp and the ruling government led by William Ruto.Kindiki has been having positive track record and therefore his nomination has been supported by various leaders in the country.
