Former LSK president Nelson Havi has taken the social media into a storm after exposing His experiences with lawyer John Khaminwa in the past, where they had a very tough battle between them and the judge in question, hence creating a situation of near comatose in the courthouse.
In His social media post, Havi claimed that He once appeared before a judge named Sergon J , in the Court, doing a case that He didn’t mention, in company of veteran Advocate Khaminwa, who was very active on legal matters and appeared mostly in some of the major cases that require much attention.
He however revealed that when Khaminwa was furious with the judge, who seemed to be stuck on a different side , that the lawyer did not expect, Khaminwa allegedly went out abit in His claims that looked much concentrated on the matter, and not to the judgement.
Havi now reveals that Khaminwa decided to tell off the judge by informing Him that they have judges at their Homes, where they live assuming it’s their own domestic residences.
This claims , of that nature remains very hilarious in nature, especially with the place and time in which they are being said out because it’s a legal house, with serious pertinent issues that needs more attention to it’s effect .
The two lawyers have been close friends and appeared on most cases together, especially those that have attracted much public attention more than any other kind of case in the land.
