Latest reports indicates that the employment and the labour relations court judge Hellen Wasilwa has responded to a case filed in protest of governments decision to send 108 deputy president Rigathi Gachagua’s staff on a forced leave.

As reported, the judge has directed the lawyer to serve the court documents on attorney General Dorcus Oduor , cabinet secretary Ministry of Public Service and Chief of Staff of Public Service Henry Koskei.

The court directed the matter to be heard on the coming days as per the same reports.

This comes days after the government send over 100 staffs in official residence of Rigathi Gachagua on a forced leave, a move that sparked sharp reactions from Kenyans online.

The memo from Mr mwangi revealed the current confusion in the Rigathi Gachagua’s office as the reason as to why staff were send on a forced leave.

On the other side, Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s chief during a yesterday emerged as the moat influential individual in the country.

Others were president William Ruto, Embakasi East member of parliament Hon Babu Owino, Activist Morara Kebaso and many others.

It should be noted that Mr Odinga is seeking to succeed Moussa Faki as next AU chairperson, a position he’s being backed by President William Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government.
