A nephew to Gideon Moi and grandson to former president Moi is currently leaving in dire need of help after he alleged that his share to his grandfathers billions were denied and swindled from him by the family patriarch, stepmother and step brother. The uncles who are among the richest in Kenya and well renowned national politicians have allegedly refused to assist him during his toughest times his money was dies-inherited from the family will.
According to Tuko.co.ke digital news media platform, Collins Toroitich has been forced to relocate from his leafy apartment and house himself in the poorest sides of Kawangware estate after failing to raise rent after the administrator of his grandfather’s estate refused to give him his fair share. His children are currently sick and could not even afford to pay their medical fees leading him to take them to public clinics where he claims services are not world class.
His businesses collapsed after he was swindled off his inheritance according to his lawyer who has taken his uncles to court seeking for what he says is his rightful share. The estimated wealth left by the family to share is worth over 300 billion shillings and was said to be instructed by the late president to be shared equally among his family members.
