Through legal counsel, Rigathi Gachagua filed a request in court to have the Senate’s consideration , of his impeachment action stopped.
A three-judge panel that Chief Justice Martha Koome formed on Tuesday, October 15, consented to hear DP Gachagua’s desperate request to halt the Senate proceedings; but, the court decided not to pause the impeachment discussion on Wednesday morning.
According to Miguna, Rigathi Gachagua has to go against Ruto head-on on every front, which is what his impeachment entails. He should fight back, he should not run get to choose to run. But let it not be our agenda. Our agenda should be Adani, SHA or whatever, the unemployment, HELB.
