Winnie Odinga, the last-born child of renowned opposition leader Raila Odinga and his wife Ida Odinga, has recently raised the eyebrows of many on social media.
This is after she shared a photo of herself posing with a mysterious man, and then passionately gushed over him in a caption.
Winnie Odinga, who is also an MP at the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA), shared the black and white photo of the two of them standing next to each other on her Instagram stories.
The two clearly faced away from the camera, and therefore it was difficult to establish how the man looked like.
Winnie Odinga was however grateful for the memories that they had shared together, and further assured him of her love through a love emoji that she added in the caption.
“At the end of it all, I give thanks for the memories ❤️” she wrote.
Now the post rose eyebrows because it is not often that Winnie Odinga shares a photo of a mysterious man and then gushes over him.
So could he be her new boyfriend?
If the answer is yes, then the EALA MP would have moved on into a new relationship just a year after she declared that she was single.
In 2023, Winnie Odinga had an interview with one media platforms and she disclosed that she was single for the first time in nine years.
She also said that she was yet to meet the right person for her.
“I haven’t found that confident Kenyan man yet. Those I have met start by saying they are confident, then our conversations turn into politics and when baba (Raila Odinga) calls they get shocked and chicken out” Winnie Odinga said.
She added:
“I am single after nine years and enjoying life but I am still looking for a Kenyan man especially. I don’t mind other cultures but we all want someone who understands you and most of the time that someone is from your culture”
