For Nyanza, Western, and parts of Uasin Gishu and Trans Nzoia, the cost ranges from Sh. 7.5 million to Sh. 12.4 million.

If you’re considering a four-bedroom maisonette for a middle-class budget, costs increase. In Nairobi and the Central regions, expect to spend between Sh. 8.1 million and Sh. 13.5 million. In the Coast region, prices range from Sh. 8.6 million to Sh. 14.4 million. For Nyanza, Western, and parts of Uasin Gishu and Trans Nzoia, the cost could be between Sh. 9 million and Sh. 15 million.
