Gospel music star from Tanzania, Christina Shusho, has admitted that she enjoys being a mother-in-law at a young age. Speaking yesterday after arriving in Kenya, the singer said that although she regretted getting married at a young age, she is now proud to be a mother-in-law.
“I feel good to be a mother-in-law at a very young age. I asked for a private wedding, something that my daughter will live to remember,” said the gospel star by admitting that she is now looking forward to being called a grandmother. “I feel that I will have the strength to play with my grandchildren now,” he added.
This is after Mrs. Shusho announced on her social network that her daughter had a private wedding. “Sister Ode Mrs. Willy. No words. My firstborn got married in an exclusive private ceremony. From today, call me mother in law. I Thank God for His faithfulness,” he wrote. According to Mrs Shusho, the wedding was attended by very few people.
“We did that as long as we gave the two of them (my daughter and her husband) to have pictures to remember. It was also a way of congratulating them and telling them they have done something very important,” he added. Ms. Shusho is a mother of three children and often does not like to show her personal things on the internet.
Shusho became very popular in Kenya after releasing his hits ‘Shusha Nyavu’ and ‘Zakayo’.
