Celebrated Kenyan actor who is also a film director Philip Karanja alias Phil Director has been hospitalized.
The hunk infact disclosed the unfortunate news via a morning post on his Instagram account, where he shared three latest photos of himself that he took at one of the local hospitals.
According to the photos, Philip Karanja was spotted donning a hospital attire and in one of the photos, he even posed while holding a walking frame as he had sat on some couch.
The former ‘Tahidi High’ actor had unfortunately injured one of his leg, and the walking frame was presumably there to help him whenever he wanted to move from one place to another.
Philip Karanja even admitted that he had injured his leg via a funny caption the he added to the photos.
He said jokingly that he had fallen off literally, and this was from the phrase ‘Anguka nayo’ that has recently gained fame among the youth.
“Hii pande tumeanguka nayo literally tunatumia one lege 😂😂…” he said In part.
As Philip Karanja is currently hospitalized, it should be noted that the people who are close to him have already paid him a visit to check on him.
Among those people is his daughter Karla Njeri, who he sired with his now ex-wife, renowned Kenyan actress Catherine Kamau alias Kate Actress
This was clear in one of the photos that Philip Karanja shared, that showed how he was cuddling with the young one while they were lying on the bed at the hospital.
Even though the talented film director never disclosed what exactly happened that led to him injuring his leg, many netizens have sent him some messages wishing him a quick recovery as shown in the link below.
