As Kenyans are still mourning the deaths of some of the protesters who were shot dead by police officers in some parts of the country, new details have just emerged about what Erickson Kyalo did outside Parliament during protests before he was shot dead.
As per the latest updates shared by CNN journalist Larry Madowo on his X account this hour, the late man is seen recording himself near the Parliament gate before he was shot dead.
Later, it was confirmed that his lifeless body was left in the area, and police officers did not bother to pick him up.
It has emerged that, later, the body of the late Erickson was picked up by protesters who wrapped him in the Kenya flag.
Earlier in the day, Erickson Kyalo was captured by CNN reporters dancing outside the Parliament before he was shot dead.
This also just came in after it was confirmed that police officers opened fire and shot several protesters with live bullets as they tried to invade the Parliament.
Also, protesters were able to enter the said Parliament and destroyed some of the equipment.
May the soul of the late Kyalo continue to rest in peace. Let us come together and pray for the family of the late during this difficult time. It is very unfortunate to lose healthy people through these protests.
This just came in after reports indicated that over 24 people lost their lives during protests. Also, over 200 people escaped with injuries.
