A family in Mombasa county is having sleepless nights following the disappearance of their kin three weeks ago.
Aisha Swaleh Sued reportedly went missing since she completed her graduation, and efforts by the family to trace her have been futile.
Aisha called her family and informed them that she had been called for a job at Sapphire Hotel in the Railway Majengo area, Mombasa. Moments later, she sent a distressing text message stating that she had been kidnapped by unknown individuals who she could not identify as either police officers or bandits. She mentioned being in a location where she could hear the sound of the sea.
Despite visiting all the hospitals and mortuaries in the area, her whereabouts remain unknown.
The family suspect that their kin could have been abducted by someone known to her. So far, the police have not been able to unravel the mystery.
