Dr Ezekiel Mutua, the CEO of Kenya Films and Classification Board is fronting for controversial Facebook page, Kilimani Mums, to be accorded a cabinet secretary slot in the Jubilee government.
The moral policeman reached out to President Uhuru Kenyatta to have consideration to the members of the arguably most active Facebook page in the country when he makes appointments to the cabinet.

He shared his sentiments through a Facebook post:
Dr Mutua argues that the conversations that take place in the group are helpful in informing the national policy. He also praised the group for taking sensitive issues head-on as well as the diversity of its membership.
However, the moral police did not conclude until he gave a disclaimer that the group should be strictly for adults.
