Legal counselor Donald Kipkorir has emerged to blame the activities of the traffic Cop who was attacked by a Matatu driver in Kasarani over the course of the end of the week. The official as found in a video that intensity up the web on Sunday supported serious wounds after the driver jumped on him with blows and kicks.
The official is said to have hopped into the matatu the man was driving and requested that he drive to the police headquarters. This was after he purportedly turned around at a spot not intended to turn around. It is after this that the driver undermine him with a blade in is vehicle prior to beating him.
Kipkorir has now said that it is unlawful for a cop to enter an individual’s vehicle or house without a court warrant. The legal advisor said that officials shouldn’t drive themselves into vehicles like what the Kasarani official did. Kipkorir feels that the official got what he needed somehow or another on the grounds that he constrained himself into the matatu.
“By regulation, Police can’t go into your home or vehicle without Court Warrants … Police can’t and shouldn’t drive their direction to your home or vehicle without the warrants and in nonappearance, with your consent. Be illuminated.” Kipkorir said.
