Earlier, president William Ruto presided over the Kenya Defense forces recruits pass out parade and many took to social media to congratulate them. Speaking during the event, the head of state revealed that they were ready to serve after undergoing six months of training.
Reacting on a viral photo of new recruit who was spotted weeping with his father, famous policeman Sammy Ngare observed that their bond was strong but they might get separated when the recruit decides to get married.
“Your mom, dad, grandfather, mother did all they did for you to get that job.. They prayed for you ukapata job, Don’t forget them. Remember your younger brothers and sisters. Your grandmom or dad were there for you before upate job.. Don’t forget them.. all the best soldiers..” He wrote.
