Head of State His Excellency Dr William Samoei Ruto took the altruistic and exemplary county of Murang’a today during the National tree planting day.
After conducting the remarkable tree planting exercise in the vast County, Head of State His Excellency Dr William Samoei Ruto cracked the crowd which had camped around him after sharing details of his past relationship it First Lady Rachel Ruto.
During his address, the president intimated that Rachel Ruto used to be his girlfriend in former years and that they were still together. He expressed his gratitude to the First Lady for praying for her over the years.
The crowd laughed after President Ruto made the strategic disclosure that Rachel Ruto used to be her girlfriend. The crowd clapped and applauded Mama Rachel Ruto for the remarkable compliments she received from the Head of State His Excellency Dr William Samoei Ruto.
“This Mama goes by the name First Lady, or Mama Rachel Ruto. She was formerly my girlfriend. She still prays for me, and we are still together. I have been surprisingly well-treated by her. This person is Soipan Tuya, our Cabinet Secretary for Environment. Our MSMES principal secretary is the other. We adore you and are so grateful to you. God bless you,” said President Ruto.
