Tuesday, the 27th of February, was indeed a special day for celebrated Kenyan media personality who is also a mindset coach Muthoni Wa Mukiri.
This is because her only child, a son called Zen Ng’ang’a officially turned one-year-old.
Like any mother out there, the former Inooro TV presenter was also over the moon because of the milestone.
Muthoni Wa Mukiri infact took to her Instagram stories to celebrate the milestone saying;
“Yeeeey! I’m a proud mom of a one-year-old. My son just turned one, one year, he was born on 27th Feb last year and I can’t believe it. Like I have a one-year-old. Like I have a toddler. Wow. I feel so blessed, I’m so grateful…” Muthoni Wa Mukiri said in part.
Here’s the link.
Apart from the sweet message, Muthoni Wa Mukiri also posted a photo of herself and Zen Ng’ang’a, that was taken on the exact day that he was born.
The voluptuous queen then accompanied the photo with a caption saying how she was struggling then, after giving birth, as a new mom.
Muthoni Wa Mukiri was however grateful of how a lactation specialist got her through that tough phase.
“Exactly one year ago. Here I was deep in the post partum ghettto 😭😭. Thanks to @mamamuthonike for helping me during PP. Now we are celebrating 1 year” she wrote.
As baby Zen Ng’ang’a turns one-year-old today, it should be noted that Muthoni Wa Mukiri has never shown his face to the public.
The sassy media personality has decided to keep him away from social media due to reasons best known by her.
Today’s post by Muthoni Wa Mukiri however confirms that she had actually welcomed her baby way earlier, before she announced it to her fans in 2023.
It can be remembered that she made the big announcement on the 15th of March 2023, and boy she did it in style!
At the time, the sassy mindset coach shared a short video clip that showed how she was holding the hand of her hubby Isaac Njoroge and also the newborn’s, that was between theirs.
Muthoni Wa Mukiri then accompanied the video with a caption showing just how happy she was to be a new mum then.
“Welcome to our world – Zen Ng’ang’a Njoroge. The past couple of weeks have been pure bliss since you cake into our lives. #purebundleofjoy #latestadditiontothefamily #motherhood #parenthood” he wrote.
