As the government is working extra hard to minimize cases of accidents in the country, new details have just emerged about what will be happening on most of the roads that will help traffic police officers control the road properly.

As per the latest updates shared by a well-known source this hour and at the same time circulating on social media, Deputy Inspector General Douglas Kirocho has warned all motorists who are using sirens and sports lights and asked them to stop. He has confirmed that only the president, deputy president, ambulance, and police vehicles will be around to use the sirens as per the constitution. Further, he has revealed that any Kenyan who is found using the banned sirens and sports lights will face the law and also pay a $1 million fine. Also, he has confirmed that no motorists will be allowed to overlap, and any person who is found should be arrested immediately.

Kiricho has asked police officers to work and take action against any drivers who are found to be violating the new detectives.

This just came in after cases of motorists using sirens and sports lights to avoid checkups and also avoid traffic have been reported in the country. So, if you have put on sirens or sports lights, make sure you do something about it before you are arrested by the police officers.
