In a video which has been trending on tiktok, Leader of the Kikuyu Council Of Elders speaking on behalf of other members has sent a message to all Politicians in the mount Kenya region after they branded kikuyu young men the name Mungiki.
Led by Wachira Wa Kiago, he warned those politicians from this region who are saying that young men from these region are Mungiki and they should be eliminated,he told these leaders that there is no Mungiki in the region at all.
Wacira said that to be born in Mount Kenya region is not a crime,he said this after a huge number of people who had their cultural meetings within the region were arrested and others were denied permit to hold meeting while others in other regions were given.
Wacira said that these leaders have totally failed in their job of defending their people and instead they are always fighting their own people.
Wacira said that these people should now know that the time has come where no leader or Politician will forbid people from fighting their rights.
