A few days back, a motorcycle hire purchase company was exposed for allegedly giving a rider a motorcycle with the wrong number plates. This is after the police detained the motorcycle as the rider went to apply for a delivery job. The information that was brought to light by Derrick Mbugua, got the attention of numerous Kenyans.
According to recent news, it appears as if the bodaboda rider known as Kevin Simiyu, did not have a great Christmas. This is after he lost his life yesterday while trying to fend for his family.
As per sources, Kevin is said to have lost his life as a result of a road accident at Kahawa Sukari roundabout near Naivas supermarket. The rider who was given back the same motorcycle days after it was detained, is said to have left behind a young family as he had a wife and a two-year-old baby.
Whether you are staying home or visiting relatives, it is important to exercise caution during the festive season as you never know what might happen tomorrow.
