Former President Uhuru kenyatta’s son Jomo kenyatta, through his lawyer Fred ngatia have revealed that they are in consultation with the state to have an out of Court settlement on the controversial firearm saga.

This happening just a few months after this son of the former head of state went to court to seek conservatory orders againist the state from confiscating his firearms which the state revealed that was illegally being owned by him.

This forced the former head of state two to convene a press conference in Karen, where he defended his son, saying that this state was frustrating them because of their political realignment.

In the latest development, the state prosecutor has also agreed that there is communication between the two warring sides, notting that they will be issuing joint statements in court come January.

This is the first time that the two sides are agreeing on the out of court a settlement which is expected to be ruled in January
