The music scene is mourning the loss of one of its own, Nathan Mithi, a member of the renowned music group Ghetto Link.

The artist allegedly took his own life after pouring out his heart in a poignant Facebook post accusing his wife, Sabby Phiri, of infidelity.

In the heart-wrenching Facebook note, Mithi detailed the tumultuous experiences that led him to make the drastic decision.

He accused his wife of engaging in extramarital affairs, going so far as to list 15 men he claimed she had been involved with. Shockingly, Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa topped the list, an allegation vehemently denied by Mweetwa himself.

The Facebook post also described distressing incidents where Mithi allegedly caught his wife in compromising situations with other men, including on their matrimonial bed.

The singer poured out his pain, expressing that he took his own life because he could no longer bear the heartbreak caused by his wife’s actions.

Mithi’s tragic death raises awareness of the mental health challenges individuals face, especially in the context of relationship struggles.

The Zambian music community is left grappling with the loss of a talent, and friends and family are in shock over the circumstances surrounding his untimely demise.

Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa, who found himself entangled in the accusations, has denied any involvement and accused critics of fabricating the story.
