Rainfall is expected over several places in most parts of the country as from tomorrow onwards. According to the report shared by Weatherman through the official social media platforms, rainfall is expected over few places occasionally spreading to several places over the Southeastern and North Western Kenya are likely to be generally dry though occasional light to moderate rains especially the North Western. Isolated storms and heavy rainfall are expected over several places of the Highlands East and West of Rift Valley and Lake Victoria basin.
High average daytime temperatures of more than 39 degrees Celsius are expected over several places of the Coastal region and North Eastern parts of the country. Members of the public urged to prepare adequately before that time comes.
Detailed regional weather forecast indicates that the Highlands West of Rift Valley, Lake Victoria basin and Rift Valley especially Kisii, Nyamira, Kericho, Bomet, Kakamega, Bungoma, Siaya, Kisumu, Homabay, Migori, Narok, Baringo, Nakuru, Trans Nzoia, Uasin Gishu and Kisumu Counties will receive heavy rains as from tomorrow onwards.
Morning showers are expected over several places. Afternoon showers and thunderstorms are expected over several places. Night showers are expected over several places. Heavy rainfall are expected over several places of Migori, Kisii, Nyamira and Homabay Counties.
