Yesterday, there was a national blackout which lasted for about 6 hours, there were no electric power in all parts of the country. Maina Njenga accused the current government of switching off the power to disrupt his show at Inooro TV.
Maina Njenga was hosted in a show called Kiririmbi at Inooro TV yesterday where he was hosted by famous political analyst called Nderitu Wa Ihura to discuss matters affecting the country and where the government is not doing good.
As soon as the show kicked off, the country experienced blackout making Maina Njenga accuse government of switching off the power to disrupt his show. Maina said that government did this intentionally to make sure that his supporters did not watch him on tv.
In a video which Maina shared on on his tiktok account he said “French novelist and a post Victor Hugo said that nothing is more powerful than an idea whose time has has come” he continued by saying “They can engineer a blackout but they can not resolve of the person. Thank you Inooro Tv” he wrote
